All of our prices are in pound sterling and we currently accept payment by cash, debit card, credit card or (cheque in advance only). Please note payment with a credit card is subject to a 2.5 percent charge and debit cards £1.
Please note it is illegal to stop a cheque after goods have been received, this will result in legal proceedings and the resulting fees being added to the amount due, all goods remain the property of Elite Stables ltd until paid for in full. All cheques must be accompanied by current cheque guarantee cards details and funds must be cleared before delivery takes place.
All prices include fitting within designated areas subject to above requirements. Delivery charges vary depending on specific area.
Installation is subject to a level base being provided by the customer.
A slabbed or a concrete base is recommended, this must be level so the building can be installed correctly, an un-level base may effect the life span of the product. If a base is unsuitable and you wish us to return to install your building there will be a return fee based on time/distance as well as any fuel costs incurred, i.e delivery charge if applicable to your area. (if you are unsure please contact us).
Installation is also subject to good access.
This will depend on the size of the building being delivered, i.e. anything up to 1.8m x 1.8m should fit through a standard size door. Anything larger usually requires access through a side gate etc. If you need further advice please ask before ordering product and we can advise further. Please note our staff are not insured to take any panels over garages or out buildings. If we have not been advised prior to delivery and cannot get panels through entries, then unfortunately we can only provide a door step delivery.
Please note all sizes stated on this website are approximate and include the overall size of a building including the roof, if you require any further advice on product sizes please contact us prior to delivery.
All stables/Shelters must be securely fixed or fastened to the ground by the customer after installation. We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by a building not been anchored sufficiently.
All of our buildings are dip treated in a water based preservative, this protects the timber against mould and rot for up to 12 months. However we recommend that customers apply a spirit based topcoat after installation to seal the timber against water seepage or a suitable water repellant.
This will provide a longer lasting protection for your building. Please ask us about suitable preservatives to coat your building with, as not all provide necessary repellant properties needed to protect your building against water seepage. This is a very important aspect to the life span of your building so please do not hesitate to ask us for more advice.
We now stock a water repellant preservative that seals and protects against water penetration, this is not available in most stores, we believe it to be the ideal product to protect your building with, one 2 litre carton costs £15 and is available on request.
Please note that timber is a natural product and is subject to climate changes and can expand in cold weather and contract in hot weather. Timber being a natural product is subject to movement i.e, shrinkage, warping, splitting, knot holes etc may occur, therefore we cannot guarantee against this. Please note the life span of your building is subject to good maintenance.
We are not responsible for severe weather conditions i.e. gale force winds, flooding etc, although our products are of sound quality there are some circumstances that are beyond our control.
All of our buildings are nailed together on site unless otherwise requested, we recommend that the customer secure building further with screws after installation for added security.
Security features advertised are not 100% proof against forced entry, these features only make it more difficult for a potential thief to enter.
Please note any manufacturing faults must be reported within 7 days of purchase, we will rectify any legitimate faults when and where applicable within the first month. Any claim after this period is subject to the current practices applicable within the law. Please note that under the distance selling regulations 2000 all orders must be cancelled in writing within 7 days of recieving goods. We stipulate that the goods must be returned to our premises in the same condition that they were received. Any costs incurred by ourselves to recover our goods will be charged to you.
After installation you will be asked to inspect the building and sign a acceptance sheet, this will state that you are happy with the product and it meets the requirements it was intended for.
